METHOD FOR PRODUCING VODKA "BELYI SOBOL" ("WHITE SABLE") Russian patent published in 2005 - IPC

FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry.

SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing an aqueous-alcoholic liquid (an aqueous-alcoholic solution) from rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and purified drinking water by their mixing in the mixing tank to provide preparing vodka with the strength 40%. Prepared liquid is stirred thoroughly and subjected its for treatment on carbon-cleansing battery by its passing at the filtering rate up to 40 dal/h for fresh carbon and up to 30 dal/h for regenerated carbon. Then vodka is fed into finishing tank. Carbohydrate modulus "Frulakt" is dissolved in purified hot drinking water at temperature 45-60^oC in the ratio = 1:2.5, brought about to boiling point and added to the finishing tank. Carbohydrate modulus "Alkosoft" is mixed with glucose, dissolved in purified hot drinking water at temperature 45-60^oC in the ratio = 1:2.5 and added into the finishing tank with dissolved carbohydrate modulus "Frulakt" simultaneously. The content of finishing tank is stirred, vodka conditions are controlled and corrected if necessary and fed for bottling after control filtration. Components of vodka are used in their following content, kg per 1 000 dal of ready product: carbohydrate modulus "Frulakt", 0.8-3.2; carbohydrate modulus "Alkosoft", 1.8-4.2; glucose, 3.8-6.2; rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and purified drinking water, the balance, to provide the strength 40%. Proposed invention provides enhancing the stability of ready product from 1 year to 1.2 year and to accelerate the process of its preparing by 0.2-0.5 h.
