FIELD: transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transportation systems with rail track structures. According to proposed invention, rail contains tubular housing 1 with longitudinally arranged load-bearing member inside consisting of one or several prestressed load-bearing elements 3 in form of high strength wires, rods or wire ropes, anchor carriages 2 installed in housing 1 at end face in which ends of load-bearing elements 3 are secured, buffer members 4 and pin 5. Tensioning of load-bearing member is carried out in two steps, first step being carried out before mounting the rail in track structure, and load-bearing member is tensioned relative to rail housing to force composing part of rated designed tension force of load-bearing member in track structure, after which member is fixed in prestressed state by rigidly connecting it with housing, and second step of tensioning of load-bearing member is combined with mounting and tensioning of rail housing in track structure. EFFECT: facilitated mounting and transportation of rails to place of laying of main lines. 14 cl, 6 dwg
