SUBSTANCE: method includes supply of electromagnetic radiation to photoelement with outer photoemissive effect, recording of volt-ampere characteristic of given photoelement in which radiation intensity in frequency interval from v to ν+Δ is determined as value directly proportional to drop of photocurrent with rise of cut-off voltage applied to photoelement from U up to U+ΔU.
