FIELD: thermal physics, particularly to operate refrigeration plant or heat engine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves placing working medium in closed working zone subjected to electric field, wherein electric field intensity is selected from μ·E>107 D·V/m, where μ is dipole moment of working medium molecules, E is electric field intensity; removing heat from working medium in working zone and heating working medium along with preventing electric current from entering into working zone. The closed working zone is formed in spherical or cylindrical chamber. Heat from working medium is removed through wall defining the working zone and transferred to outer heat carrier.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of heat removal from working medium, simplified cooling process and increased electrical safety.
