FIELD: medicine, orthopedics, traumatology. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation could be applied for carrying out osteosynthesis in case of clavicular fractures. Bone marrow channel of peripheral fragment should be drilled to appear through acromial clavicular end at perforation of its posterior wall. Anterior wall of bone marrow channel of central clavicular fragment is, also, perforated. Rod's end without any curvatures should be directed along the channel of peripheral fragment to appear through skin in area of acromial process. Reposition of fragments should be carried out. Another rod's end with wave-like curvatures should be directed into bone marrow channel of central fragment to appear partially through perforated opening of anterior wall of sternal clavicular end. This enables to exclude rod's mobility. EFFECT: higher efficiency of ostheosynthesis. 2 dwg
