SUBSTANCE: one should introduce median fragment from the side of the fracture, perform applications with either an awl or a drill along medullary canal (MC) of clavicular median fragment being not less than 3-4 cm at perforation of fragment's anterior surface followed by application with either an awl or a drill along the canal of lateral fragment for the depth of 4-5 cm, apply a wave-like rod at MC diameter-corresponding wave height in medullary canal of calvicular fragments in order its side to be parallel to anterior clavicular surface. Then comes fixation of rod's position upon anterior part of median fragment due to rod" wave curvature. The innovation enables to fix the fracture due to taking into account anatomical clavicular peculiarities to shorten the terms for fracture healing.
EFFECT: decreased traumatism of operation.
