FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to traumatology and orthopaedics, and can be used for osteosynthesis of humeral neck fractures. Two parallel through channels are formed along the upper edge of the humeral head from the anterior surface to the posterior surface. Wire cerclage tie loops are then passed through the holes formed in the head. The proximal and distal fragments are repositioned, followed by passing the ends of the wire loops through the upper holes of the plate parallel to and not crossing each other.
EFFECT: possibility of osteosynthesis of humeral neck fractures, such that the proximal fragment has a small area and the fracture line extends along the upper edge of the humeral head, due to the combination of techniques of the claimed invention.
