FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has two half-arcs with two or more pairs of thrusting threaded rods fixed therein and reposition unit. The reposition unit is designed as telescopic unit rigid for bending and torque. It has U-shaped and T-shaped strips inserted one into the other and tightened by means of adjuster bolt with compression force of graduate spring mounted inside of the U- shaped strip.
