FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Device contains pelvis support, consisting of two semi-arches, reposition unit and fastened on pelvis support fixing threaded rods for introduction into pelvic bones. Device also has brackets, fastened on semi-arches, reposition unit consists of rod-holders, which have holes with crossing axes, located in mutually perpendicular planes, longitudinal threaded rods, axial threaded rod, transversal threaded rods, upper and lower movable connecting rods and regulating nuts for fixation of transversal, longitudinal and axial rods in rod-holders. One end of transversal threaded rods is fastened to semi-arches by means of brackets, the other end, by means of rod-holders, is fastened to axial threaded rod. Longitudinal threaded rods are fastened to transversal threaded rods by means of rod-holders. Upper and lower movable connecting rods represent construction consisting of bushing, holder with hole for longitudinal threaded rod, bars and stay nut, installed on threaded end of bar with possibility of prop into bushing. Bushing is connected with holder with possibility of axial turning. Axial hole of bushing is made threaded. Bar has one threaded end for installation into threaded hole of bushing, the other one - with head, which has hole for longitudinal threaded rod. Length of movable connecting rods and distance between fastened to them longitudinal threaded rods is regulated by turning of bushings with possibility of turning transversal threaded rods with respect to longitudinal threaded rods and axial threaded rod.
EFFECT: invention ensures possibility of simple, convenient and reliable creation of compression in sacroiliac joint, as well as to perform reposition during treatment for restoration of symphysis pubis anatomy.
