FIELD: medical equipment, applicable for treatment of fractures of human-being pelvis ring. SUBSTANCE: the device has two semi-archs with two or more pairs of stop threaded rods fastened in them by means of fixing assemblies, reposition assembly and an assembly for skeletal extension. Threaded stop rods introduced in the pelvis are rigidly fastened in the semi-archs by means of fixing assemblies. The semi-archs are interconnected by means of the reposition assembly that can be moved apart dur to the increase of the clearance in the rods, movement of the rods in the horizontal plane, it has also an opportunity of damper fixation. Attached to the semi-archs is the assembly for skeletal extension, in which the threaded rod introduced in the femur is damper-fastened. EFFECT: uniform distribution of load on the bone due to the damper and skeletal extension by the femur. 5 dwg
