FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Device contains pelvis support, consisting of two semi-arches, reposition unit and fastened on pelvis support fixing threaded rods for introduction into pelvic bones. Device also has brackets, fastened on semi-arches, force sensors, controller and electric engines. Force sensors are installed on fixing threaded rods and are switched to analogue inputs of controller. Electric engines are switched to discrete outlet of controller and have fixed on shaft toothed wheel. Reposition unit consists of connectors, which have holes with crossing axes, located in mutually perpendicular planes, longitudinal threaded bars, axial threaded bar, transversal threaded bars, upper and lower strainers, regulating nuts for fixation of transversal, longitudinal and axial bars in connectors. One end of transversal threaded bars is fastened to semi-arches by means of brackets, the other end, by means of connectors, is fastened to axial threaded bar. To transversal threaded bars longitudinal threaded bars are fastened by connectors, upper and lower strainers, each represents construction consisting of tip with hole for possibility of installation on longitudinal threaded bar and intended for installation of electric engine, bushing with axial threaded hole and with one end made in form of toothed wheel, which comes into gearing with toothed wheel of electric engine, and bar, which has one threaded end for installation into threaded hole of bushing, and the other - with head. In said head made is hole for longitudinal threaded bar. Bushing is connected with tip with possibility of axial turning. Bushings have possibility to turn onto threaded bars, which results in regulation of length of strainers and distance between fastened to them longitudinal threaded bars with possibility of turning transversal threaded bars with respect to longitudinal threaded bars and axial threaded bar.
EFFECT: invention ensures possibility to control automatically and create even dosed compression of required value between bone fragments in case of disruptions of anterior and posterior semicircles of pelvis, which allows to reduce labour intensiveness and increase quality of reposition process during treatment for creation of compression between bone fragments.
