FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has needle head having tubular needle with two sharp tips on opposite needle ends. The needle is hold in the middle by means of needle-holder member. The casing has eccentrically narrowed frontal part and inferior open end, eccentrically narrowed insertable tube built in into the narrow casing part. Vacuum container has sealed anterior opening closed with cork. The tubular connection member joins narrowed insertable tube to the vacuum container when used. Rotatable anterior cap is pressable inside of the tubular needle completely enclosed in the casing after being used. EFFECT: avoided cases of accidental punctures. 4 cl, 9 dwg _
