FIELD: automotive industry; tire industry. SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for heavy vehicles and road-building machines. Rib reinforcement is formed by two working layers of rib formed by non-stretchable strengthening elements forming angles α and α′ with circumference and having axial width whose size is within 0.65So and 0.80So and 0.35So and 0.45So where So is maximum axial width of carcass reinforcement middle line. At least two half- layers are provided formed by non-stretchable strengthening elements forming angle β, with circumferential direction whose size is smaller than that of minimum angles α and α′ at least by 2o and whose direction is opposite to direction of angle α of orientation of strengthening elements of more wide and continuous layer in axial direction. Half-layers are arranged at one and other side from equatorial plane and have axial width whose size is within 0.22So. Inner ends in axial direction are arranged at a distance from equatorial plane equal to half of width of minimum width working layer reduced by value at least equal to 0.05So.
