FIELD: manufacture of safety clothing and microwave radiation shields. SUBSTANCE: method includes preparation of midley of fibers in three steps: during first step carbon fiber is manually placed on insulating one in the form of flocks weighing 0.5 to 1.0 g; during second stage midley is coarsely loosened while checking mass of flocks until their average mass reduces to below 0.01 g; during third step midley is finely loosened and carded, fixation and bonding of cloth structure being made simultaneously by piercing it with needles. EFFECT: enhanced absorbing capacity in microwave band; facilitated manufacture. 5 cl, 4 dwg
