FIELD: equipment for grinding of rubber, rubberized cord, plastic and wood-working industry wastes, as well as plant growing wastes. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has vertical casing equipped with cover having profiled groove, conical rotor with spherical supports mounted on its upper end, charging unit, and spline shaft with spring. Rotor rests with its lower end upon said spring. Cutting member made in the form of elongated toothed tape is running in helical line on rotor surface. Toothed tape is embedded into helical groove. Casing is provided with cutting member made in the form of elongated toothed tape positioned in helical groove formed in casing inner surface, with direction of groove in rotor coinciding with that of casing. Cutting member teeth of casing are inclined in direction opposite to that of rotor teeth. Helical line coil pitch of cutting member embedded into casing is equal to that of rotor.
