FIELD: underground construction, laying of pipe-line under natural and artificial obstacles, water barriers included. SUBSTANCE: task of process consists in provision for laying pipe-line both under standard conditions and under artificial and natural obstacles, water barriers included, in grounds containing boulders and other solid inclusions with guaranteed preservation of pipe-line insulation, for conducting repairs or total replacement of pipe-line. Process of erection of pipe-line includes construction of mine shafts outside of limits of water barrier, in points of largest aggregation of boulders and other solid inclusions. First tunnel is driven under obstacle between mine shafts by means of shield complex, then inclined sections of tunnel are driven from mine shafts up to exit to level of laying of pipe-lines constructed by trench-free method. Points of match of section under obstacle with inclined sections of tunnel are connected with the aid of insets. In process of tunnel driving with the help of shield complex metal housing or cast in-situ lining is erected inside which protective polymer tube and working pipe-line are dragged jointly or separately. Centralizers for traction and traction-distribution branch of cable are arranged inside polymer tube. After it pipe-line is dragged through. On dragging of protective polymer tube and pipe-line they left are freely laid one relative another. Auxiliary, traction-distribution and traction winches and cone mechanism with guide roller are employed in arrangement of centralizers. Centralizers are positioned in trench chute. Loop formed by traction, traction-distribution branches of cable is passed through guiding holes ( conduits ) of all centralizers and is linked to cable of auxiliary winch. As loop is drawn by auxiliary winch centralizers are fixed on traction- distribution branch of cable at calculated distances and in this manner they are arranged along route of tunnel. EFFECT: provision for laying of pipe-lines under artificial and natural obstacles including water barriers. 14 cl, 6 dwg
