FIELD: geodetic survey, methods of arrangement of pump stations along route of field trunk pipe-lines with use of vehicles traveling along profile subject to laying-out. SUBSTANCE: invention refers mainly to pump stations with internal combustion engine drives. Given procedure can be used for laying of pipe-lines to transfer fuel under special conditions with terrain relief of various intricacy. According to procedure establishing distance between pump stations temperature, environmental pressure and true altitude with reference to sea level are measured at initial point of pipe-line and in point of installation of each next pump station. Distance between pump stations of trunk pipe-line is found by calculations. Computation formula establishing distances between pump stations of trunk pipe- line is entered with coefficient taking into account power fall of engine at pump station depending on true altitude of its position with regard to sea level. EFFECT: raised accuracy of establishing distances between pump stations. 1 dwg
