FIELD: light industry. SUBSTANCE: umbrella has telescopic rod composed of at least pair of tubes and mounted on opposite ends of handle and crown, stirrup disposed coaxially with respect to rod for longitudinal movement along it, cupola formed of bars and spokes pivotally connected with crown and stirrup, and electric engine located in handle and provided with transmission, which is connected with stirrup through cable extending through tube cavities and running at outlet end around cable deviating member mounted at end of telescopic rod. Spring is coaxially mounted inside tubes of telescopic rod. Before being connected to stirrup, cable runs around additional cable deviating member positioned in front of stirrup and handle.
