FIELD: light industry. SUBSTANCE: umbrella has telescopic rod with handle and head, stirrup mounted on telescopic rod for longitudinal displacement along thereof, and cupola carcass, which embraces telescopic rod and pivotally connected to head and stirrup. Cupola carcass is formed of bars and spokes pivotally connected with one another. Umbrella is further provided with device with unfolding-folding device comprising electric engine with accumulator and transmission, roller positioned on head, and cable running around roller. One end of cable is connected to stirrup and other end to engine transmission. Unfolding-folding device of folding umbrella is mode composite and has spring drive for unfolding of umbrella and electric drive for folding of umbrella.
