FIELD: electrical extraction of heavy nonferrous metals. SUBSTANCE: electrode set has case made in the form of truncated cone with its vertex down; case accommodates stretched diaphragms with electrode in-between, gas chamber disposed in top part of case that communicates with gas discharge system, devices for electrolyte admission and outlet, and counter-electrode; device for admitting electrolyte to cell is made in the form of box-shaped case-extending nozzle with holes on side walls and plates secured on bottom side edges of nozzle to form acute angle between them and nozzle walls.
