EFFECT: use of the invention allows more efficient use of space coaxially arranged cylindrical surfaces of the electrodes, thus enhancing productivity per unit volume of the reactor, to increase reliability and compactness of the cell facilitate the possibility of combining the electrochemical reactor cells in a higher productivity.
