FIELD: manufacture of material used for producing technical and special-purpose articles. SUBSTANCE: composite material comprises nonwoven layer comprising anion-exchange filament and knitted base. Nonwoven layer is manufactured from modified filament based on grafted copolymer of polycaproamide and polydiethylaminoethyl methacrylate. Knitted base is made from blend yarn comprising modified filament based on grafted copolymer of polycaproamide and polyglycidyl methacrylate phosphorylated with 1-oxyethyliden diphosphonic acid, and filaments of Dacron used in an amount of 20-30 wt%. Volumetric ratio of base and nonwoven layer is (0.7- 0.8):1. Composite material may be used as fibrous sorbent.
