FIELD: protective working clothes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacturing protective materials appropriate for clothes used in operations with injurious media. Nonwoven material of invention has two layers, one being made from mixture of anion-exchange and cation-exchange modified capron fiber and the other made from hydrophilic modified capron fiber and disposed under the first layer, the two layers being joined to each other by needle punching. Material further includes a third layer of polypropylene fiber disposed above the layer of cation-exchange and cation-exchange fibers. Anion-exchange fiber is fiber based on polycaproamide/poly(diethylaminoethyl methacrylate) graft copolymer and mentioned cation-exchange fiber based on phosphorylated polycaproamide/poly(glycidyl methacrylate) graft copolymer. Percentage of cation-exchange fiber in its mixture with anion-exchange fiber is 35-65%. Weight ratio of the three layers is 1:(0.5-0.7):0.3, respectively.
EFFECT: increased protective ability of material against acids and alkalis.
