FIELD: construction industry, lining of footsteps of staircases located both indoors and exposed to atmospheric precipitation and negative temperatures. SUBSTANCE: technical result lies in reduced stiffness of lining of front section of step of staircase and in increased efficiency of adhesion between lining and footwear of pedestrian and self-cleaning of ice formation. Working member of lining is produced from more than two round or elliptic cylinders arranged in one plane, intercoupled and linked to fixing members.
