FIELD: thermal engineering; steam attemperation in steam generators of power units. SUBSTANCE: desuperheater is essentially section of steam line accommodating shielding jacket, water supply device made in the form of radial pipe union with conical bottom and internal cylindrical passage, as well as water-feed nozzle; the latter is rectilinear throughout its entire length; internal passage of pipe union has stepwise changing diameter over its length for mounting on nozzle in vicinity of larger-diameter passage radial ribs restricting axial displacement of this nozzle. Radial guide ribs are disposed on nozzle within its smaller-diameter passage and are built integral with nozzle. Outlet end of nozzle is provided with angular shielding cap in vicinity of spray nozzle whose size does not exceed outer diameter of nozzle. EFFECT: reduced size and enhanced reliability of spray desuperheater. 1 cl, 1 dwg
