Abstract RU 2206845 C2

FIELD: ferrous metallurgy, possibly melting steel and alloys in system " melting aggregate - furnace-ladle". SUBSTANCE: furnace-ladle includes apparatus for blowing metal through bottom portion, three electrodes connected to secondary windings of three-phase transformer, arranged along circle and shifted in horizontal plane by 120 degrees. Furnace-ladle is provided with forth electrode arranged over metal surface in front of apparatus for bottom blowing. Forth electrode is connected with pole of DC source or AC source whose other pole is connected with zero point of transformer or with group of inductors. EFFECT: simple additional supply of heat energy to ladle, uniform distribution of heat in volume of preheated melt metal, accelerated assimilation of alloying and killing additives, their lowered furnace loss, shortened period of metal processing in furnace-ladle, lowered specific energy consumption. 4 dwg
