FIELD: defectoscopy.

SUBSTANCE: use of non-destructive testing of various materials, articles and objects by means of pulse X-rays, as well as for medical X-ray diagnostics. Essence of the invention consists in the fact that the object is X-rayed by pulsed X-rays, the transmitted object is converted by the X-ray luminescent converter, recording of optical image by photoelectronic device synchronized in time with X-ray source, conversion of signals from analogue form to digital, memorizing, processing and translation of image, in which irradiation of the object and recording of its optical image is carried out in the interval of time between cosmic radiation and accompanying scattered X-ray pulses. At that, at the beginning synchronously with the operation of the X-ray nanosecond apparatus, the optical image is recorded on the radiative luminescence time interval of the X-ray luminescent converter, then, without X-ray apparatus pulse, radiation-based noise pulses of terrestrial origin are also recorded in the radiative luminescence time of the X-ray luminescent converter.

EFFECT: high sensitivity and reduced radiation dose of the material by X-rays.
