SUBSTANCE: object is illuminated by the pulsed X-ray radiation, the radiation conversion transmitted through the object is illuminated by the x-ray luminescent transducer, the image of which is transmitted to the opto-electronic information system synchronized in time with the X-ray irradiation source. Herewith the object irradiation with x-ray radiation and registration of its optical image are performed in the time interval between the radiation space and the associated scattered x-ray pulses.

EFFECT: increasing the sensitivity of the test object image and decreasing the material irradiation dose by the X-ray radiation.
