FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has removing cartilage layer from the cut-off femur head and cotyloid cavity. The femur head is cut in cross along the cervical axis. The prepared transplants are placed with articulation side along the cotyloid cavity perimeter. Transplant edges are made slightly protruding into the cavity on the spongious bone side, each of the being fixed with a screw. Then bed is built for endoprosthesis cup using mill. EFFECT: adapted transplanted head matching in shape the cotyloid cavity defect boundary.
