FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out corticotomy of supra- acetabular portion of iliac bone, its bending aside and introducing bone graft into the split area. Section is done on the articulation surface side from cotyloid cavity roof downward and inward. Cross-section plane is shaped with three facets by lifting notched cortical layer. Graft shaped as three wedges joined with their lateral surfaces at obtuse angles is introduced. The graft is attached to the underlying bone with screws. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; maximum contact surface of graft and underlying bone. 6 dwg
