One side of the head is stepwise dissected setting its surface in conformance with cotyloid cavity border defect shape. The created graft from the articulation cavity side. Bed for placing endoprosthesis cup and head part engageable with it is formed using mill. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; maximum contact surface of graft and underlying bone. 5 dwg
