FIELD: medicine, vertebrology, manual therapy. SUBSTANCE: the present method is carried out by correcting position of pelvic and sacral bones due to percussive impact of vibromassager onto area of sacroiliac articulation at percussion energy being 1-5 J followed by single manual therapy of affected vertebral segments. Percussive impact could be carried out either onto pelvic bones or sacrum at preliminary vibromassage of muscles and ligaments at 1 J energy and 50 Hz frequency. The present method provides restoration of physiologically correct position of pelvic bones. EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. 5 cl, 5 dwg
