FIELD: rolled stock production, possibly tube rolling aggregates for reducing tubes. SUBSTANCE: three-high rolling stand of reducing mill includes housing having two halves mutually joined by means of bolt joints; arranged in housing cylindrical shafts supporting drive rolls, cone gear wheels and bearing assemblies; and sealing members. Sealing members arranged at side of rolls are made of separate blocks and they are placed in turnings provided in both halves of housing. Each cylindrical shaft has hollow turning coaxial to its axis for placing tie rod mutually tightening bearing assemblies, roll and cone gear wheels. EFFECT: shortened time period for changing rolls, enhanced reparability, lowered size of stand along rolling axis, improved technical parameters of mill, reduced end scraps. 1 dwg
