FIELD: transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed group of inventions relates to transport mechanisms providing noncontact suspension of linear traveling object. Suspension includes constant field source installed on object with horizontal orientation of vector of magnetic induction, and fixed shaped ferromagnetic element. According to first design version, field source consists of two horizontal led spaced cumulatively orientated flat permanent magnets and ferromagnetic insert placed in between. Fixed ferromagnetic element is round-section tube with longitudinal slot in bottom into which field source partially gets. Tube is provided with distance pieces installed in horizontal diameter. According to second design version, shape of ferromagnetic element consists of middle horizontal section and two projections of triangular form at edges, and poles of field source are pointed to each other and are arranged at both sides of fixed shaped ferromagnetic element. EFFECT: reduced side instability of suspension at increase of its load capacity. 9 cl, 7 dwg
