FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: device contains fixed shaped ferromagnetic element in form horizontal stripe with two longitudinal lugs of triangular shape at edges and field source installed on vehicle containing concordant oriented permanent magnets located on both sides of and magnetic circuit encircling outer side of fixed shaped ferromagnetic element. Magnetic circuit is divided into two reflection symmetric halves with third additional magnet installed in between them oriented as per initial direction of flux. Edges of fixed shaped element of running line have skirting directed inside profile.

EFFECT: minimisation of extent of lateral instability with quite significant working load.
