Ferroelectric nanocomposite film material represents film of chemically stable material, which has cylindrical holes filled with the above substance. Holes have similar diameter and are uniformly distributed along the film surface with distribution density of 105 to 109 per cm2.
EFFECT: obtaining ferroelectric material with characteristics providing high pyroelectric activity at increased vibration resistance.
