SUBSTANCE: vodka comprises the following components, per 1000 dal: ginseng roots infusion of I-st and II-d blend, 1.4-8 l; carbohydrate modulus "Alkosoft", 4.8-5.2 kg; vitamin premix GSVit-2, 0.4-0.6 kg; 65.8% sugar syrup, 9.0-9.4; aqueous-spirituous liquid, the balance, up to proof 40%. Proposed invention allows to obtain vodka no causing alcoholic intoxication and eliciting high organoleptic indices, mild taste and vodka aroma with light coniferous "tint".
