FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention proposes special vodka "Rzhanaya traditsionnaya" comprising the following components per 1000 dal of the ready product: vitamin premix "GSVit-3", 0.05-0.15 kg; rye dry bread aromatic alcohol, 14.5-15.5 l; sugar syrup of concentration 65.8%, 13.0-14.5 l; rye malt alcoholized infusion with addition of carbohydrate modulus "Alkosoft", 5499.5-5500.5 l; rye crunch small loafs alcoholized infusion of the first decantation, 3.0-4.5 l, and rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and purified drinking water, the balance, to provide the strength 40%. The proposed invention provides preparing vodka with higher organoleptic indices: appearance - clear liquid without foreign contaminants and precipitate, colorless, mild taste specific for vodka with rye dry bread aroma and barely detected coffee tint. Vodka toxicity is decreased by 50%.
EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of vodka.
