SUBSTANCE: device includes gamma radiation detector incorporating scintillator and neutron radiation detector comprising neutron counters placed in neutron moderator. Scintillator moderating neutrons is located right in front of neutron counters positioned in neutron moderator based on polyethylene. Additional neutron moderator is located directly behind mentioned rows of neutron counters.
