FIELD: hole drilling equipment; applicable in drilling holes in ice covers for taking samples for study of nature of under ice water basins, their origin and past composition of waters and possibility of existence in them of any form of life. SUBSTANCE: device has body with system of pickups, heat crown and cable lock connected with control panel. Body is provided with two pressure pickups located inside body at different levels and packer located on outer surface of body between pressure pickups and connected through valve with pump. Heat crown has thermoneedle with contact pickup-switch on its upper end and fusible attachment on lower end. Lower pressure pickup is connected with fusible attachment. Crown body is T-shaped with conical lower shelf. EFFECT: higher operate reliability of device, excluded contamination of under ice water basin. 2 dwg
