FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine. Device contains foropters with Polaroid filters for left and right eyes, four-point Polaroid test-object, laser system of illumination of test-object light windows, connected with control unit and optically connected with light windows of test-object. In addition device is provided with light-conducting braids, which consist of four mono-mode light conductors, united from one side into common butt end, cameras of eye position observation and light-dividing filters, foropetrs being provided with frames with side windows. Laser system of illumination contains at least three mono-mode laser sources, which produce irradiation in wavelength rage 405-630 nm. Light-conducting braids with their common butt ends are connected to respective laser source, being optically connected with their free ends with each of four light windows of test-object. Light-dividing filters are installed inside frames, before apertures of foropters with 45° turn relative to their optic axes and are optically connected with apertures of observation cameras, fixed on frames, opposite side windows.
EFFECT: application of claimed device will ensure carrying out reliable diagnostics and increase treatment efficiency.
