FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: after dissecting scars and redressing humeral articulation in armpit area one should develop scar islet, at anterior and posterior surfaces of humeral articulation it is necessary to cut trapezoid fragments with their tops facing this islet, then one should cross scars between islet and tops of trapezoid fragments by forming vertical fragments, fragments should be mobilized and sutured, the rest wounds are covered with free cutaneous transplants that decreases usage area of free cutaneous transplants.
