FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: snor-suffering patients should participate in regular trainings on volitional regulation of respiratory process with the help of special device to conduct respiratory exercises, it provides signals corresponding to duration of inhalation phase - 2-3 sec, expiration phase - 3-4 sec, pause -3-4 sec. One should carry out daily three- fold trainings per 10-30 min with respiratory training equipment during 2-3 mo. Then one should conduct maintenance trainings once or twice weekly per 15 min. The present innovation enables to elaborate stable reflector snor-free respiration in snor-suffering patients. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
