SUBSTANCE: with the help of a capnograph one should detect CO2 concentration in final portion of the expired air both before and during therapeutic process. A patient should do respiratory exercises indicated to achieve normative values of respiration parameters in the course of a computer game that controls respiration parameters based upon biological feedback. Moreover, additionally, it is important to detect and simultaneously control the coefficient of variation of expiration phase duration, the frequency of respiration, relative duration of expiration phase. In case of initial deviation against the norm by one respiration parameter it is necessary to fulfill training at applying the plot of computer game being controlled by this particular respiration parameter in a patient. At initial deviation against the norm by two and more respiration parameters such respiratory training should be carried out successively by each parameter due to applying the plot of computer game being controlled by the corresponding respiration parameter of a patient, or simultaneously by two and more parameters at applying the plot of computer game being simultaneously controlled by these parameters. At monitor's screen one should observe a patient's successfulness in computer game depending upon the degree in achieving and the duration in maintaining normative respiration parameters by such a patient. The innovation widens the number of means for treating respiratory disorders.
