SUBSTANCE: according to proposed invention, part of oil pump delivery oil line driven by starting internal combustion engine is sunk in oil in sump of starting internal combustion engine, and suction oil line is arranged in space of deflector and pipeline delivering exhaust gases of starting internal combusting engine to sump of delivery oil line on section between oil pump and load throttle. Said valve connects space of delivery oil line with space of main oil line of diesel engine through check valve. Cooling liquid circulation pump driven by starting engine is installed in main line combining cooling system of stating engine and cooling system of diesel engine, and intake manifold of diesel engine is connected through controllable valve with exhaust manifold of starting engine. Moreover, delivery oil line communicates, through metering throttle, with additional oil channel, and space of starting engine sump communicates with space of diesel engine sump through drain channel. Suction oil line of oil pump is furnished with forced oil delivery device arranged in diesel engine sump. EFFECT: improved efficiency of utilization of power of starting engine. 3 cl, 3 dwg
