SUBSTANCE: the suggested method for increasing antigenicity and/or immunogenicity of biomaterial deals with affecting it with laser radiation at wave length of 9-11 mcm and power density of 0.1-1 kW/sq. cm. Moreover, biomaterial is represented by either recombinant or synthetic proteins, or cellular membranes, or viruses, or bacteria, or chlamydia, or normal mature human cells, or embryonal cells. The present innovation, also, deals with increasing antigenicity and/or immunogenicity of biomaterial due to its physical modification in vivo by laser radiation for epidermic cells.
