FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and can be used for cell immunotherapy of tumours. Essence of invention is obtaining and use as antigen for load of immature dendritic cells of lysate of tumour culture HeLa, formed after its co-cultivation with reovirus R-92. Load with such a lysate promotes stimulation of dendritic cells maturation and increase of their antigen-presenting activity evaluated by immunophenotype and by their ability to activate T-lymphocytes.
EFFECT: developed method provides intensified presentation of tumour antigens with dendritic cells, which is important for cell immunotherapy of tumours.
