FIELD: methods of purification of dry-process phosphoric acid from impurities; applicable in production of phosphoric acid of special purity used in electronic industry. SUBSTANCE: method includes concentration of phosphoric acid to be purified to density of, at least 1.685 g/cu.cm, heating of obtained solution to temperature of 40-50 C with subsequent cooling to temperature of 4-9 C and inoculation with crystals of phosphoric acid. Further on, crystallization process is conducted at cooling down to temperature of 0-7 C for at least, 7h with subsequent holding of obtained suspension for not less than 60 min and separation of commercial product from mother liquor by centrifuging. Technical result of claimed method consists in improvement of desired commercial product and in higher productivity of the process due to reduced content of impurities in finished product and obtaining of large crystals of commercial product. EFFECT: higher efficiency of method. 1 tbl
