FIELD: biotechnology, genetic engineering, medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to three novel DNA plasmids: pAng 1(size is 6.2 t. n. p.), pAng 2 (size is 6.3 t. n. p.) and pAng 3 (size is 4.8 t. p. n.) able for expression in mammalian cells. Plasmids comprise Eco RI- fragment of human DNA encoding angiogenin. Administration of plasmid DNA in living body provides induction of angiogenesis. Composition used for treatment of patients with ischemic disease comprises recombinant plasmid DNA pAng 1 or pAng 2, or pAng 3 taken in the concentration 45-55 mcg per 1 ml of physiological solution. Invention provides the development of methods for treatment of patients with ischemic disease and to exclude undesirable by-side effects. Invention can be used in treatment of patients with ischemic disease. EFFECT: improved and enhanced treatment method. 7 cl, 4 dwg, 1 tbl
