FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves forming isoperistaltic gastric tube from the greater curvature of the stomach. The anterior wall of the earlier selected cervical segment of the esophagus is transected in transverse direction. Probe with olive is conducted in caudal direction. The selected esophageal mucous membrane is tied to the probe above the olive in the vicinity of the abdominal region. The probe with the mucous membrane are pulled out in the oral direction. The mucous membrane is removed. The gastric tube is brought through the muscular tunic of the esophagus. End-to-end anastomosis is built with the cervical esophagus segment.
